A project in 5 steps:
You are looking for a property to buy or to rent in PARIS or in the inner suburbs.
- Together, we discuss and confirm your project during a meeting held at your home or at your business premises, so that we fully understand your living or working environment, your expectations and your requirements.

- Together, we complete a detailed questionnaire and you appoint us, through a search mandate, to find the property you are looking for, for a renewable three-month period.

- We start the search immediately. As independent professionals, we have built an extensive network within the property industry: estate agents, notaires and property managers.
- We accompany you on the viewings of the properties we have shortlisted.

- The property is right for you and you promptly sign an offer to purchase or a lease. Our assignment then ends at the signing of the final deed of sale, generally three months after the preliminary sale agreement, or at the signing of the lease.

Our fee is payable only if our assignment is successfully completed.
