Our fees:

On a case-by-case basis, and according to criteria that we will explain to you in detail (the size of the property sought, the number of intermediaries involved, etc.), we charge a commission on the transaction ranging from 2% to a maximum of 5%. The amount, set out in the search mandate drawn up beforehand, is payable only on signature of the final deed of sale.
