You can therefore continue to devote your valuable time to developing your business.

Our fees:

15% of the annual rent, excluding service charges and excluding VAT, payable on signature of the lease for a straightforward letting

or

5% excluding VAT of the lease premium (DAB), payable on signature of the deed.
