The profession of real estate broker consists of looking for properties on behalf of a buyer or a tenant in a short time frame. This occupation requires a professional real estate transaction card, which will ensure the buyer or the tenant that all regulations and ethics are respected.

A five steps project:

You are looking for an apartment or a house to buy or rent in Paris or in its suburbs.

1 We can discuss and plan your project together during a home interview or at your office should your intentions be professional. This will enable us to better understand your way of life, your needs and your expectations.

2 We will fill out a detailed document together and you will hire us to find the appropriate location you are seeking. Service to be renewed after 3 months.

3 We will use our talents to start the search immediately. As independent brokers we are tied to any real estate agent, giving us a larger network to work with.

4 We will accompany you in viewing the properties we have selected with you.

5 Our mission for a future tenant ends upon signature of the lease and for a future home/office owner upon the final sales signature (a process which can take approximately three months).
